2.ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Minimum Requirements ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - You must be at least 21 years of age - You must be a legal resident of the UAE or an eligible jurisdiction - You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts 2.2 KYC Requirements ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In compliance with SCA regulations and UAE AML laws, you must provide: - Valid Emirates ID or passport - Proof of address in UAE - Source of funds declaration - Additional documentation as required by our compliance procedures 2.3 Account Verification ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ All accounts are subject to verification procedures in accordance with: - SCA Board Resolution and Regulations - UAE Federal Law No. 20 of 2018 (AML/CFT Law) - Central Bank of UAE regulations

6.USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
6.1 Prohibited Uses ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You must not use our services for: - Money laundering or terrorist financing - Fraud, market manipulation, or insider trading - Violation of any applicable laws or regulations - Unauthorized access to our systems 6.2 Compliance Obligations ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You must comply with all applicable laws including: - UAE tax obligations - Foreign exchange regulations - Sanctions and embargo restrictions
7.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
8.1 Limitation of Liability ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for: - Investment losses due to market conditions - Service interruptions due to technical issues - Third-party service provider failures - Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages 8.2 Maximum Liability ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. 8.3 Force Majeure ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9.ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
9.1 Our Rights ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We may suspend or terminate your account if: - You breach these Terms of Service - We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity - Required by regulatory authorities - You fail to complete KYC verification 9.2 Your Rights ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You may terminate your account at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. 9.3 Effect of Termination ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Upon termination: - Your access to services will cease - Outstanding balances will be returned (subject to applicable fees) - These Terms shall survive termination where applicable
10.DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Governing Law ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and SCA regulations. 10.2 Jurisdiction ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE Courts. 10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Before court proceedings, disputes should be resolved through: 1. Direct negotiation 2. UAE mediation services 3. Arbitration under UAE Arbitration Law (if agreed)
