Important Disclosures

1. Charges are deducted from your account. If there isn't enough cash, the amount becomes a debit balance, repayable on demand.
2. Some transaction costs are built into the price your trade is recorded at rather than shown as a separate line, so the recorded price can differ from the quote you saw when you placed the order.
3. We give at least fifteen days' notice before increasing a charge or adding a new one — unless a change is imposed on us immediately by law, a regulator, an exchange or the chain, in which case we tell you as soon as we can.
4. Charges set by third parties can change at short notice. We pass the change on; we do not add to it.
5. Where a specific product carries a charge not listed here, you'll be told before you place the order, not afterwards.
6. If you were introduced to Valura by another firm, we may share part of what you pay us with them. It does not increase what you pay — it comes out of the charges above.
7. AI portfolio monitoring gives you general, automated information about your holdings. It is not advice and not a recommendation — no assessment is made of whether anything suits you.
8. This schedule applies to the standard retail account and forms part of your agreement with Valura. Investments are subject to market risk — you may lose part or all of what you invest. Nothing here is advice.
