Basis points. 1 bp = 0.01%. So 12 bps = 0.12% of the transaction or holding value.
p.a.
Per annum (per year). The fee is annualised and may be charged at shorter intervals.
Pass-through
A fee charged by a third-party custodian or exchange, passed on at cost with no Valura.Ai markup.
Adjusted
Custody fees are waived off and adjusted against platform fees, so you are not double-charged.
